Our factory is set up to produce medium and large series precision parts under controlled conditions. The optimal batch size is determined in consultation with the customer. As the series gets smaller, the costs per product will increase accordingly, which must be weighed against the costs of keeping stock. After the saturation phase of the product, we offer aftercare the option of supplying spare parts in small series. The same consideration applies as with regard to the batch size. The range within which Tieltjes usually works starts with series of approximately 1,000 pieces and runs to series of many tens of thousands of parts. Feel free to ask about the possibilities for different series.<\/p>\n
