The measurement room plays an important role in the manufacture of precision parts. The required accuracy can only be achieved by taking measurements at every stage of the manufacturing process. The climate-controlled measurement room is equipped for this purpose with state-of-the-art high-tech measuring equipment. In order to guarantee the accuracy of measurements taken, the measurement room is fitted out in such a way that we can also calibrate the manufacturing equipment used for measuring. In addition, we have a large range of pen and ring gauges at our disposal, which are submitted once a year to an external agency for calibration. Furthermore, our company also has numerous modern measuring tools at its disposal to support the entire manufacturing process.<\/p>\n

Throughout the manufacturing process, interim measurements and checks are carried out continuously. This is partly done by the machine operator at the CNC machine, but also by measurement technicians in the climate-controlled measurement lab. The measurement lab is responsible for all measurement instruments that are calibrated according to a rigorous regime. All measurements are stored and documented. This makes it possible to request all relevant information about the manufacturing process of a part several years later if needed.<\/p>\n
